How long will it take to receive my order?

Our goal is to ship your order the following business day, but please allow 3 to 5 days to process your order.

Who do you use for shipping?

We use the USPS.

Were do you ship to?

We currently only ship within USA.

What if my order gets stolen or lost?

If your item is lost or stolen after delivery, Froya Gardens is not responsible for the package. Please contact your local post office to file a claim.

If you accidentally put in the wrong address, you may place another order but please note that Froya Gardens is not responsible to refund or reship due to customer error.

What if I don’t want the order after I place it?

As soon as your order is placed we begin the process of carefully preparing your order for shipment. Cancellations must be received within 12 hours of purchase. 

After your order has been packaged and shipped, the order can not be changed or cancelled. Thank you in advance for your understanding concerning this policy.

Please note that all orders are final. We will not accept returns of any kind.

What if my plants arrive damaged or in poor condition?

If your plants arrive damaged or in poor conditions please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please send all inquiries to support@froyagardens.com with pictures so we can assess the situation.
